Immediate need for a talented CSR-Spanish Speaking. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote; EST, CST).   • NOTE : Remote but please use below locations only as we need candidates only from EST and CST .
  • LOCATION : Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin
  • Shift Options:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Interview - One round 15 minutes interview [Either phone or Video ]
  • Important Dates:
  • Start Date: November 6th – 10th
  • Must Work Dates: January 6th and 7th (Shifts start at 4:00 AM)
  • Work Hours:
  • November: 20 hrs/week until December 26th
  • Dec 26 – Jan 12: 20–40 hrs/week (based on activity)
  • No planned overtime
  • Holidays worked: New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
  • Must bring your own laptop for training
  • Laptop must support Windows 10 and allow software downloads
  • Assist customers during all phases of the inventory process.
  • Guide customers on setting up and operating equipment for inventories.
  • Coordinate internal operations to ensure timely order/request processing.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the department database.
  • Respond to product/service queries under close supervision.
  • Direct callers to appropriate resources.
  • Escalate complex questions to senior representatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Customer Service , IT Support , Bilingual Spanish , Troubleshooting , Ticketing
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • IT background preferred
  • Prior customer service experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows environment and computer literacy
  • Prior remote work experience (preferred)
  • Spanish language proficiency (mandatory)
  • Comfortable working weekends
  • Experience with C drive/Windows
  • Must have own laptop.
