Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Systems Analyst to lead our scrum teams in building innovative software solutions. As a Certified Scrum Master with a strong background in software development, you will leverage your expertise to drive project success, mentor teams, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead scrum teams in developing software solutions for technology initiatives, utilizing your 4+ years of experience in Scrum Leader roles and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Apply your expertise in API development, SQL, and agile methodologies to drive project success
  • Utilize scrum tools such as Jira and Jira Align to facilitate team collaboration and project management
  • Develop and author solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
  • Mentor and coach teams and individuals across diverse functions, experiences, and geographies
  • Influence behavior and drive change without relying on organizational hierarchy
  • Collaborate with teams to brainstorm solutions to challenges and roadblocks, leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technology subject area
  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Master
  • Deep knowledge of software development, API development, and SQL
  • Excellent systems analysis skills and experience with agile development methodologies
  • Strong communication and people-interaction skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences
