Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive chip design from netlist to tapeout
• Collaborate with the FE team to drive design decisions and optimize physical design workflows
• Work with the physical design team to develop and implement best practices, drive performance, and track progress
• Resolve design and workflow issues related to physical design, identify potential solutions, and drive implementation

Requirements

• Minimum BS degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in package or top-level P&R execution, including floorplanning, clock and power distribution, timing closure, physical and electrical verification
• Experience with top-level design, preferably with industry-standard tools
• Strong knowledge of physical design development and assessment flows and methodologies
• Proven ability to meet tight design and delivery schedules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
