Computer Support Associate - 3rd Shift

Job Summary:

As a Computer Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing technical support to our employees. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure compliance with computer security policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 1 year or more of IT experience (recent college graduates will be considered)
• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals
• Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
• Experience with IT support in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to work on a 3rd shift (onsite position)
