About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Care Representative to join our team! As a critical member of our Customer Care department, you'll be the primary point of contact for our policyholders, agents, and funeral homes, providing top-notch service and support via phone calls. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable call experience in a stable and reputable company within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to policyholders, agents, and funeral homes
  • Respond to phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer operation skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and ability to type 35 wpm
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and quickly learn new processes and procedures
