Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients via phone and other communication channels
• Assist clients with plan enrollment, creating new accounts, and answering general plan questions
• Navigate our website and other systems to resolve client inquiries and issues
• Work independently in a remote setting and manage your own schedule

• Schedule: Flexible schedule opportunities, with hours of operation from 7am-8pm CT, Monday-Friday
• Contractual Relationship: Independent contractor relationship, with no benefits or employee status
