Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. You will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis procedures to drive business decisions, identify trends, and optimize content performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced data analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions.
- Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
- Develop predictive models to inform content acquisition and release strategies.
- Streamline content release and episode release processes.
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
- Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Communicate complex data insights through compelling storytelling across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python.
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering).
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
