• Contribute to Category or Segment Sourcing teams, operationalizing and enforcing Sourcing Strategies
• Participate in based negotiations following pre-described Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Assist in the development and execution of performance control applications with providers, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and value
• Evaluate providers in fit based on pre-decided selection standards and include multiple providers as applicable
• Evaluate overall value/deliver evaluation and spend data to discover value reduction opportunities and assist strategic projects
• Prepare or assist with the instruction of vendor and spend analytics, the introduction of vendor profiles, and other applicable sourcing documents
• Utilize market research tools and systems to investigate market conditions, develop comprehensive market reviews, and provide valuable insights to drive effective category strategies
• Communicate and document to management the reputation of any critical external relationships that may impact planning and decisions
• Participate in cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
• Develop, execute, and lead RFI/RFP processes for various goods and services, according to TWDC policies and procedures
• Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award agreement management
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement guidelines and best practices
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances

What We're Looking For

• A minimum 1+ year of relevant work experience or innovative experience in a Strategic Sourcing or Business environment
• Strong analytical/project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of speaking effectively with senior management
• High-energy, self-motivated individual with a preference to excel in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Deliverable-focused, with a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Category Management processes/methodologies
• Ability to handle multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Broadcast TV and/or Cable TV Industry
• Experience in a Production/Postproduction environment
• Experience enforcing initiatives against category plans
• Experience with Coupa, SAP, and Sourcing Project Mgmt. Systems

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, including supply chain management, engineering, or business

Preferred Education

• MBA or Master's Degree in another quantitative discipline
