As an Inventory Control Specialist at FedEx, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and upholding the highest standards of warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange merchandise in a neat and accessible manner on shelves and racks
• Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored, facilitating efficient order fulfillment
• Assist in the unloading and sorting of newly arrived packages
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized workspace, promoting optimal productivity and safety
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve stocking and inventory objectives
• Provide support with selecting and packaging items as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift and relocate heavy objects
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
