Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests, addressing any special requests or concerns they may have.
  • Process payments, manage reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as required.
