Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT asset management efficiency
• Lead and manage IT asset-related projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain standardized procedures for tracking and reporting IT assets
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to write and document user stories using JIRA
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT asset management databases and tools
• Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, project management, process management, or a related role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Suite, JIRA, or other related project management tools
