Sewer

This role is for someone who can carefully sew our garments based on patterns, maintaining high standards of detail and quality. Experience working with specialty fabrics—such as kimono material—is a big plus.
Job Description
Sew garments based on provided patterns with accuracy and care
Help identify and onboard new sewing partners to support production
Send out sample kits to new sewers and assist in the onboarding process
Work closely with the team to check quality and ensure consistency
Build and maintain positive relationships with partner sewers
Requirements
Minimum one year of experience in sewing or garment production
Detail-oriented and focused on high-quality craftsmanship
Open to feedback and collaborative in a startup setting
Proactive communicator—clear, timely, and dependable
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Experience as a freelancer or small business owner is a plus
Salary and Setup
Starts with hourly-based pay; may transition to output-based
Part-time or full-time
Flexibility for hybrid work depending on performance; training will primarily be onsite
Setup and terms are fully negotiable based on results and output
