A rapidly scaling remote-first company is looking for a Marketing Funnel Specialist – Campaign Execution to help launch, optimize, and manage performance-driven digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, knows how to track what works, and can fine-tune funnels to deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Assist in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, content, etc.)
Optimize lead funnels using performance data from marketing tools and CRMs
Create audience-focused content for ads, emails, and landing pages
Support campaign operations with scheduling, testing, and tracking
Report on campaign KPIs and suggest improvements
Keep assets, campaigns, and budgets organized for reporting and audits
What You Bring
1-3 years in digital marketing or funnel-focused roles
Experience with CRMs and campaign management tools
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign metrics
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven in a remote work setup
Nice to Have
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
Understanding of paid ads and retargeting tactics
