Your Mission
- You develop and execute More Nutrition’s brand and product marketing strategy across all consumer touchpoints
- You define and drive emotionally compelling brand positioning and storytelling for the entire product portfolio
- You create and implement go-to-market campaigns for product launches and seasonal themes
- You manage the brand activation calendar across paid, owned, and earned media channels
- You lead creative direction in close partnership with design, content, and performance marketing teams
- You ensure consistent brand expression across all channels, geographies, and external partners
- You shape brand architecture, visual identity, and packaging strategy with a forwardthinking lens
- You guide and align external agencies, influencers, and local market teams to the global brand vision
- You inspire, lead, and grow a passionate team with clarity, ownership, and a handson mindset
Your Qualifications
- You bring 10+ years of experience in brand and product marketing within FMCG or DTC environments
- You have a proven track record in building love brands and leading successful go-tomarket strategies
- You collaborate seamlessly across product development, creative, and digital functions
- You translate consumer insights and brand KPIs into effective strategic and creative actions
- You excel in project and stakeholder management, ideally in global or matrix structures
- You combine strategic thinking with creative excellence and operational discipline
- You are passionate about health, fitness, and the More Nutrition mission and community
- You are open to regular travel and hybrid work, spending 2–3 days/week at the Hamburg HQ (approx. 3x/month)
- You speak English and German fluently and confidently
