We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate to support our Patient Services team. You will be an individual contributor working cross functionality with other teams in the organization. The Customer Service Associate is dedicated to providing compassionate assistance and guidance to patients using our products and services.   • You have previous experience in patient support, customer service, or healthcare administration.

  • You display proficiency in using CRM software and other patient support tools.
  • You possess knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations preferred.

The pay range for this position is $19.00-$22.00/hour.
