Developing construction cost estimates for capital projects by reviewing scope information with client, market planning, and project management as needed. Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing information Assist with value engineering to reduce the cost of construction with no impact to the final project Managing historical cost benchmark pricing for all client construction projects Prepares special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends Leveraging JLL platform for quarterly updates on key construction indices by location Providing support during general contractor and architect sourcing events assisting with the validation of pricing, while also participating in both the general contractor and architect interviews Develop cost per square foot pricing by client project type Enhance overall Cost Estimate service delivery by process optimization and innovation Prioritize requests to meet or exceed the customers expectation Location: On-site -Charlotte, NC, Jacksonville, FL, Plano, TX If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
