Revenue Cycle Financial Analyst
Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Financial Analyst with extensive experience in medical coding, billing, reimbursement, and contract management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, healthcare finance knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate the reasons behind why and how codes and billing processes are the way they are. This role requires a critical thinker who can articulate complex concepts and provide expert witness testimonies as needed. Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze medical billing data and prepare information for system input.
- Provide expert witness testimonies regarding medical billing practices.
- Coach doctors on billing practices and critically analyze billing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient billing and coding.
- Utilize technical skills in Excel and EHR systems to manage and analyze data.
- Understand and explain the "why" behind billing and coding practices.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
