Based on Experience. Remote Family Law Paralegal $75000 - $115000 per year | San Jose, CA | On-Site | Permanent Two Attorney maximum, Litigation! Job Details Qualifications:
- 7+ years minimum of experience
- Family law litigation and in-depth knowledge of at least 1-2 local counties’ rules
- Experience with sophisticated, high asset cases and litigation
- Assisting attorneys in drafting pleadings, declarations, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, motions, proposed orders, stipulations, under attorney supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and Adobe
