Remote Part-Time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician | WFH

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a part-time basis. This remote position allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities by providing essential 1:1 therapy. Key Responsibilities • Deliver individualized therapy in outpatient clinics or approved community settings, such as homes, schools, and daycare facilities. • Execute client-specific programs and behavior plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Assistant Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA). • Accurately complete all required clinical documentation in a timely manner. • Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. • Communicate effectively with all members of the client’s treatment team. • Participate in scheduled staff meetings and supervision sessions to enhance learning and professional development. Required Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A genuine passion for supporting children and their families. • Proficiency in implementing behavior plans and programs. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to client privacy. Qualifications • A compassionate and enthusiastic demeanor towards working with children. • Previous experience in a related field is advantageous. • Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
