Position Overview We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated In-House Accountant to oversee our comprehensive financial processes. In this essential role, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, conduct bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping using QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks POS Desktop. Please note that this is an in-house role, and remote candidates will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Supervise accounts payable and guarantee prompt payment of invoices. Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection activities. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure accurate account matching. Maintain precise financial records utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise for reporting. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with various departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries. Assist during audits and tax preparation. Required Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks POS Desktop. Strong grasp of accounting principles and best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Proven experience as an accountant or in a comparable financial role. CPA certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
