Full Time Call Center Sales Rep
The prime duty is out-bound call selling to solicit orders for goods or services Sell and describe products and services, respond to customer questions, and obtaining customer information as needed Analyze data to identify Top Spenders, Frequency of orders, Inactive/lost consumers for soliciting sales Be a reliable source for consumer information that is delivered to management team Entering data and maintaining database of existing customers Understanding of confidentiality with client information Maintaining details of telephonic communications and interactions of accounts, orders, and payments Identify and escalate priority issues Process orders Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints/technical issues Respond to emails Comply with all policies and procedures as instructed by the organization Always represent the company with complete professionalism using telephone etiquette skills.
