Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Minimum of 1-year customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with computers and basic software programs. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions. Restrictions Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to pass a background check.
