Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and support tasks. As a fully remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from home while helping us deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone Assist with order processing, tracking, and management Conduct product research and data entry Maintain accurate records and documentation Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues Provide administrative support to the team as needed Requirements Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Familiarity with Amazons platforms and tools is a plus High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer Ability to work independently and as part of a team Restrictions Must be located within the United States Must be able to pass a background check Must have a quiet and professional workspace Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
