Remote Call Center Rep

Pay Rate: $17/hr Work Model: They will train Onsite, then remote if performance expectations are met. (must still be able to go into the office when needed, or in the event of a power or internet outage, etc... Location: Louisville, KY 40219 Start Date: 9/16/24 Summary: • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers. • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. • Provide accurate information to the caller. • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers. • Resolve the callers’ needs. • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller. • Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures. • Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Requirements: must be able to go to the KY Board of Pharmacy and register for the Pharmacy Tech Certification which cost them about $26. • Previous call center experience preferred (at least 1 year CC exp) • Previous healthcare experience desired • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Able to type 35 wpm or greater..
