Role Overview As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of your students. You'll play a key role in adapting the curriculum to ensure all students can succeed, tracking their progress according to the goals outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). While prior experience in schools is preferred, we are committed to providing training for the right candidate who shares our dedication to student success. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Oregon teaching license for Special Education (or willingness to obtain one) Experience working with children in a special education setting Strong communication and organizational skills
