By combining human expertise with streamlined digital workflows, arenaflex partners with healthcare providers, billing teams, and insurance networks to ensure that critical information moves accurately, securely, and efficiently from one point to the next. Our work sits at the intersection of operational excellence and patient advocacy, because every data point entered correctly has a direct impact on patient care, provider reimbursement, and the overall integrity of the healthcare system.

As a Remote Specialist Data Entry professional at arenaflex, you will become an essential part of a high-performing remote team that processes healthcare claims and related documentation with unmatched precision. This is more than a typing role — it is a chance to build a meaningful career in the healthcare technology space while working from the comfort of your home. At arenaflex, we believe that great people are the foundation of great outcomes, and we are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work day in and day out.

If you are someone who thrives in a structured yet flexible environment, enjoys focused work, and wants to contribute to a mission that genuinely matters, this role at arenaflex may be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Specialist Data Entry Typist at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with handling sensitive healthcare documents and entering them into our proprietary QuickClaim system. Your day-to-day contributions will directly support the efficiency and reliability of our claims processing pipeline. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Accurately and efficiently inputting data into the QuickClaim system, working from a consistent and organized flow of document images delivered through our secure platform.
  • Identifying and categorizing various document types based on detailed guidelines and reference materials provided by arenaflex, ensuring each claim is routed and processed correctly.
  • Reviewing all entered data to confirm it meets arenaflex’s high-quality standards, catching errors before they reach downstream workflows.
  • Maintaining the strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s internal security protocols.
  • Engaging professionally and respectfully with fellow team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners whenever clarification or collaboration is needed.
  • Proposing thoughtful, actionable enhancements to existing processes, helping arenaflex continuously improve the speed, accuracy, and quality of its operations.
  • Completing daily task assignments within established timeframes to ensure all work is accomplished on schedule, even during periods of high volume.
  • Performing additional administrative and support tasks as assigned by team leads, contributing to the broader success of the arenaflex data operations department.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

arenaflex is looking for candidates who combine technical accuracy with a strong sense of personal responsibility. The ideal applicant is self-driven, focused, and committed to delivering excellent work without constant supervision. To succeed in this role, you should bring the following:

  • Self-motivation and accountability: The ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage your own time effectively, and consistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Strong multitasking ability: Comfort with switching between different document types, systems, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and composure.
  • Detail-oriented mindset: A natural tendency to spot inconsistencies, missing fields, or formatting errors before they become larger issues.
  • Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and follow both simple and complex instructions as processes evolve at arenaflex.
  • Commitment to confidentiality: A demonstrated understanding of the importance of protecting sensitive client and patient information at all times.
  • English proficiency: Strong reading and verbal communication skills in English, sufficient to interpret documentation and communicate with team members.
  • Typing performance: A minimum typing speed of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and a keying speed of 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy are required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

While not strictly required, the following qualifications will help you stand out as an applicant for this role at arenaflex:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating a baseline level of formal education.
  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, claims processing, or a related field is highly advantageous and will allow for a smoother onboarding experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare documentation, medical terminology, or HIPAA-regulated environments is a strong plus.
  • Previous remote work experience that demonstrates the ability to remain productive and connected in a virtual setting.
