About the Role

This is a not-remote, on-site position based in Conklin, NY. The selected candidate will play an integral role in supporting our client’s document management process during a high-volume period. Your primary responsibilities will involve receiving incoming tests and documents, preparing them for scanning, and accurately uploading them into our electronic grading system. Key Responsibilities

  • Document Reception and Preparation: Receive incoming tests and documents in a timely manner, ensuring they are properly organized and prepared for the scanning and uploading process.

  • Data Upload and Verification: Upload scanned documents into the company’s electronic grading system, verifying that all files are correctly labeled, stored, and accessible for downstream review.
  • Quality Control: Perform routine checks to confirm that uploaded materials match source documents, flagging any discrepancies or issues for supervisor review.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Location: Conklin, NY (On-Site; Not a Remote Position) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour, with overtime pay of $25.50 per hour for any Saturday hours worked Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday Assignment Duration: Approximately one month, with the potential for extension or transition to other opportunities based on performance and business needs.
