Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input & Management: Accurately input large volumes of data into arenaflex’s proprietary databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and correct errors to maintain data integrity.
  • File Organization: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record‑keeping policies.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, sort, and format documents for efficient data entry, including scanning, OCR processing, and manual transcription.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor daily and weekly data entry targets, generate status reports, and promptly communicate any issues to the team lead.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, analysts, and other team members to align data entry tasks with broader project timelines.
  • Security & Confidentiality: Adhere strictly to arenaflex’s data protection policies, ensuring that all client and company information remains confidential and secure.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a data entry operator, data clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional typing speed (minimum 70 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy (error rate ≤ 1%).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software or ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of data management principles, including data validation, normalization, and file organization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time‑management skills, and a methodical approach to repetitive tasks.
