Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring Remote Customer Experience Specialists to join our dynamic support team. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling options, available as either full-time or part-time. As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven customer support experience, whether in a traditional customer service role, retail environment, call center, or similar client-facing position.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, including the ability to navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs, ask clarifying questions, and respond with genuine understanding.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and modern customer service tools, or the ability to learn new technology quickly.
