As a Customer Service Representative – Claims (Total Loss) at arenaflex, you will be the frontline advocate for policyholders navigating the complex and often emotional process of total loss claims. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide courteous, timely, and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Claims Intake & Management: Guide new and existing claimants through the total loss claims process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
  • Correspondence Handling: Draft, review, and dispatch letters to claimants, insurers, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the claims lifecycle.
  • Payment Processing: Issue and track payments to insureds, claimants, and approved vendors, adhering to arenaflex’s financial controls and compliance standards.
  • Loss Adjustment: Evaluate and adjust loss amounts for a variety of property claims, excluding bodily injury, using established guidelines and actuarial tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, legal, and field adjusters to resolve complex claim scenarios and expedite resolutions.
  • Continuous Learning: After hire, obtain the required state insurance license and complete ongoing continuing education to stay current with industry regulations.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate claim records in arenaflex’s policy management system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, preferably within insurance, finance, or a related service industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with claims management software or CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently after training, with a willingness to adopt a hybrid work model (up to two days remote per week).
  • Commitment to obtaining and maintaining a state insurance license, supported by arenaflex’s comprehensive training program.
