[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance, providing large insurers with software solutions to improve claims processing. As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with customers to uncover workflows and transform insights into product requirements, ensuring that the solutions deliver measurable value quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers during implementation to uncover workflows, pain points, and opportunities that guide product direction
• Transform insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a thoughtfully prioritized backlog
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features that boost adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success
• Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure impact and inform iteration
• Balance near-term implementation needs with scalable, strategic solutions that serve the broader market

Skills

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Implementation Specialist, or CSM) is a huge plus
• A knack for simplifying complexity, translating customer challenges into actionable product requirements
• Proven track record of delivering impactful features in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Top-notch communication skills, comfortable engaging with both customers and internal stakeholders
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ownership and initiative matter
