[Remote] Remote Insurance Account Manager - Personal Lines

They are seeking a Remote Insurance Account Manager to work with advisors and specialists in analyzing client data and creating effective risk management solutions to meet clients' financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepares documents for presenting risks to market
- Prepares applications, summaries of insurance, insurance certificates, auto identification cards and other coverage related documents
- Assists client service teams in the preparation of presentation materials
- Analyzes and summarizes complex data and compiles reports under supervision
- Records data into the appropriate insurance company and firm software programs
- Runs monthly cancellation and expiration reports
- Processes and completes endorsements and audits
- Completes special projects as assigned
- Looks for opportunities to improve the firm, business segment and processes
Skills
- One to two years' experience in the insurance industry
- Current 2-20 or 20-44 License, as required by the State Department of Insurance, to effectively service clients
- Basic understanding of insurance coverages, quoting and binding experience
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
