[Remote] Director, Solution Sales, Small Pharma Segment Lead, IQVIA Digital (Remote)

IQVIA Digital is a leading provider of data and analytics solutions for the life sciences industry, and they are seeking a Director, Solution Sales, Small Pharma Segment Lead to oversee commercial strategy and execution for Small, Emerging Biopharma segments. This role involves leading a team of Solution Sellers, defining go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth through collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Sellers focused on AIM XR, POCN, and Email engagement solutions for Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and other customer segments
- Define and optimize the go-to-market strategy for Small, EBP, and Other Pharma segments, incorporating market insights and client feedback
- Partner closely with product, analytics, and delivery teams to shape solution enhancements and segment-specific offerings
- Serve as a strategic advisor to pharma brand, marketing, and commercial teams, translating their objectives into actionable solution strategies
- Build collaborative, trust-based relationships with clients to co-create engagement approaches, refine best practices, and drive long-term value
- Navigate complex pharma organizational structures to identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth across the Digital portfolio, with a focus on omnichannel execution, optimization, and measurement
- Collaborate deeply across matrixed internal teams to ensure integrated, seamless delivery
- Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving digital, HCP-engagement, and data landscapes
- Represent IQVIA Digital at client leadership meetings and industry events to elevate visibility and shape market perspectives
- Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Skills
- To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located
- US Remote with approximately 15-20% domestic travel required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or data‑driven healthcare solutions
- Strong understanding of pharma customer segments—particularly Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and non‑Top 50 organizations
- Demonstrated success in shaping strategy, influencing solution design, or leading cross‑functional collaboration
- Experience selling or deploying digital engagement, audience targeting, or advanced analytics solutions
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high‑performing commercial team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable solution approaches
