[Remote] Regional Growth Leader - West

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Veolia in North America is the leading environmental company in the U.S., specializing in water, waste, and energy management services. They are seeking a Regional Growth Leader to build relationships with utilities and drive growth efforts in municipal utilities for water, wastewater, and bio solids operations and maintenance opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with utility leaders and community leaders in strategic growth regions
• Promote the values of Veolia, Private Public Partnership contracting and contract operations to communities
• Identify and align Veolia’s offerings and value with key utility challenges
• Coordinate and lead proposal efforts and RFP response activities
• Manage reporting for all commercial activities for key contracts
• Work collaboratively with regional VP, site leadership, Technical & Performance resources
• Manage the internal corporate and compliance approval process for opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Build strong relationships with utility leaders and community leaders in strategic growth regions
• Promote the values of Veolia, Private Public Partnership contracting and contract operations to communities

• Coordinate and lead proposal efforts and RFP response activities

• Travel is required at least 75% of the time
• Travel within the region may be both local and overnight
• Self-starter

• Strong customer relationship/management skills
• Technical knowledge of water and wastewater industry
• Highly organized and structured - able to follow a standard process
• Able to work collaboratively across different functions and help colleagues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Contracting with Utilities and Private Public Partnership experience preferred
• Water utility experience preferred
