[Remote] Senior Insights & Experience Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Insights & Experience Analyst to drive enterprise-scale Voice of Employee (VoE) initiatives using platforms such as Qualtrics and Medallia. This role will focus on designing, executing, and scaling employee listening programs, delivering actionable insights, and enabling product and HR teams to enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of employee experience (EX) surveys and continuous listening programs
- Partner with Senior Product Managers to document requirements and validate solutions
- Own end-to-end survey lifecycle (design, deployment, governance)
- Develop survey builder frameworks and standardization
- Perform text analytics and qualitative analysis
- Drive closed-loop feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with HR, People Analytics, and Product teams
- Support case management workflows
- Contribute to CoE development
- Enable AI/agentic solutions for automation
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics and/or Medallia
- Experience in Employee Experience (EX) / CX survey programs
- Strong survey design and research background
- Expertise in text analytics and qualitative analysis
- Exposure to SaaS environments (Google, Intuit preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience in People Analytics / HR analytics
- Exposure to case management systems
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics
- Experience in CoE models
