[Remote] Sales Manager (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rosenblum Law, a rapidly growing US-based law firm, is seeking an enthusiastic sales leader to manage their A+ rated team. The Sales Manager will handle sales consultations, manage the sales team, and provide ongoing training and guidance to ensure team goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Learn Rosenblum Law intake and sales operations intimately
- Hire, train and oversee remote employees
- Ensure the team meets monthly benchmarks for consultations and client acquisition
- Manage intake team / flow and routing of new client inquiries
- Back the team on sales consultations as needed
Skills
- Minimum 3 years sales training, coaching and management experience
- Minimum 3 years phone sales experience and strong track record of sales performance
- Strong leadership ability, excellent work ethic and ability to operate in a high-paced work environment
- Loves to engage, socialize and talk to people/outgoing personality
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking
- Must have lived at least 3 months in the United States
