The Senior Data Analytics & Voice‑of‑Customer Architect is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s Customer Listening Team. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—work closely with product owners, engineering squads, and business analysts to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines—build robust, scalable architectures on Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, and Hive to ingest, transform, and store voice‑of‑customer data.
  • Develop analytical models—leverage Python, PySpark, and SQL to create predictive and descriptive analytics that surface trends, sentiment shifts, and emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality and governance—implement automated testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all data assets.
