As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Pharmacy Support & Solutions Specialist you will be the voice of arenaflex for pharmacy‑related inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls, chat messages, and email inquiries from pharmacy customers across the United States, with a focus on the Kentucky market.
  • Issue Diagnosis & Resolution: Investigate order discrepancies, prescription verification challenges, delivery concerns, and other pharmacy‑related matters; provide accurate, timely solutions while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Solution Advocacy: Recommend alternative products, dosage options, or service enhancements when appropriate, always keeping the customer’s best interest at heart.
  • Documentation & Follow‑Up: Accurately log each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, track open cases, and follow up until the issue is fully resolved.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Pharmacy Operations, Compliance, and Logistics teams to coordinate complex resolutions and share insights that improve processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring pain points, suggest process enhancements, and contribute to the development of knowledge‑base articles and training materials.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Maintain strict compliance with state pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and arenaflex’s internal safety protocols.
  • Customer Education: Provide clear, compassionate guidance on prescription refills, medication storage, and usage instructions to empower customers to make informed decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably within pharmacy, healthcare, or e‑commerce support.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a friendly, understandable manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and think critically under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime to meet service level agreements.
  • Successful completion of a background check and eligibility for a Kentucky Rx Tech license (or willingness to obtain one).
