Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Data Analyst – Data Productization & Insight Generation you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s flagship initiative, “Data Adventures – Know Your Customer.” You will partner with cross‑functional teams—including Technology, Data Management, Product, and Business Strategy—to transform massive data sets into clean, reliable, and insightful products that drive business outcomes for our retail and financial sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Preparation & Cleansing: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large volumes of raw data, removing errors, identifying outliers, and standardizing formats to create analysis‑ready datasets.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct deep‑dive investigations using statistical methods to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies that inform product decisions.
• Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Build predictive and prescriptive models in Python (or R) to forecast customer behavior, optimize inventory, and recommend actionable strategies.

Essential Qualifications
