Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Business Analysis Manager to lead our Global Learning & Analytics team. This remote, full‑time role will be based in Chicago, USA, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $27. The successful candidate will partner with cross‑functional finance groups to design, deliver, and continuously improve monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership, including the Board of Directors and Executive Management. Key Responsibilities
