As a Senior Analyst – Travel Product Management & Business Development, you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s strategic growth engine. You’ll own the business side of our travel and flight offerings, driving product strategy, market positioning, partnership development, and performance analytics. This is a remote, full‑time position based in Florida, USA, offering a competitive rate of $26 per hour and the flexibility to work from anywhere while staying closely connected to our dynamic, cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Ownership

  • Lead the end‑to‑end ownership of arenaflex’s travel product portfolio, from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to define roadmap priorities, feature specifications, and user experience enhancements.
  • Partner with Marketing to craft compelling positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Partner & Vendor Management

  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service level agreements with travel partners, ensuring optimal value and alignment with arenaflex’s standards.
  • Monitor partner performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive corrective actions to maintain high service quality.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that expand arenaflex’s reach and diversify revenue streams.

Data‑Driven Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for travel inventory, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to surface insights, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend data‑backed improvements.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that enable stakeholders to make informed, strategic decisions.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the liaison between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations to ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Facilitate regular communication loops, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates to keep projects on track.
  • Provide feedback and prioritization input for upcoming product enhancements based on market trends and user feedback.

Market Research & Opportunity Identification

  • Conduct competitive analysis, industry trend monitoring, and customer research to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, backed by rigorous data analysis and business case development.
  • Lead initiatives that address identified gaps, such as new product launches, feature upgrades, or process optimizations.

Customer Experience Advocacy

  • Partner with the Customer Care team to gather frontline insights, resolve escalations, and improve service delivery.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Champion a customer‑first mindset across all internal teams.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns with travel partners.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new travel partners, ensuring they understand arenaflex’s standards and processes.
  • Participate in occasional short‑term travel (up to 30% of the year) to visit partner sites, attend industry events, and conduct on‑site assessments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader business objectives of arenaflex.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in travel, product management, or business analysis.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and earn the trust of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude, thriving in fast‑paced environments and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering results on schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data‑driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel periodically across the United States (up to 30% of the time).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four‑year degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Marketing.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience specifically within the travel, tourism, or airline industry.
  • Background in account management, project management, or product marketing.
  • Familiarity with travel‑industry platforms, reservation systems, and revenue management tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel modeling.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies.
