Clinician / Therapist - Telehealth

Wholeview Direct a new OASAS licensed treatment program that provides addiction services using a fully virtual protocol is based in New York, NY. This practice is seeking Masters Level Clincians (Licensed Mental Health Counselors LMHC's and MHC-LPs and Social Workers MSW's who are experts in the provision of individual, group, couples and family treatment using evidence-based interventions for... substance use disorders (CBT, DBT, ACT, CRAFT, etc.) and trauma (Prolonged Exposure, (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and EMDR). Our program provides exceptional care for people struggling with addiction and mental health challenges and we are seeking team members who share our passion! Responsibilities • Conduct initial assessments • Craft plans for care in collaboration with patients • Conduct individual, group, couples and family psychotherapy using evidence based practices • Include family members and supportive significant others in treatment sessions • Coordinate with other service providers • Participates in staff training, program development, and program evaluation, with emphasis on creating an environment conducive to patient’s needs • Participate in group and individual supervision to ensure fidelity to evidence based practices

Qualifications

Education: LMHC and NYS License or MHC and Limited Permit Experience: 1-2 years of treatment of substance use disorders Skills: • Expertise in multiple evidence based practices - Prolonged Exposure, (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and EMDR • Expertise in couples and family therapy a plus • Experience providing LGBTQ affirming therapy a plus • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive • Must be able to provide care on some evenings How to apply: Please send cover letter and resume through indeed Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 8 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance Medical specialties: • Addiction Medicine • Psychiatry Education: • Master's (Required) Experience: • Addiction Treatment: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: • NYS License or Limited Permit (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
