Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging virtual training sessions for new hires and current team members
  • Train employees on dental office systems, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient communication
  • Develop and update training materials, guides, presentations, and resources
  • Evaluate trainee progress and provide coaching for continuous improvement
  • Support managers and team leaders with performance development initiatives
  • Identify training gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Ensure team members understand company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to align training goals with business needs
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and progress reports

What We’re Looking For

  • REQUIRED: Previous dental industry experience (Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, Front Office, or similar role)
  • Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of dental office workflows and insurance processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable leading virtual meetings and training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow within the company
