[Remote] Flutter Flow / React Native developer

The role involves building cutting-edge mobile applications in the fintech landscape, collaborating with a community of digital nomads, and enhancing technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Create new components and screens based on design mocks to deliver pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs
- Maintain and improve code quality while writing automated tests to ensure the highest product standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication under Agile principles
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical stack and development processes Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with a positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of the mobile development lifecycle
- Solid experience with iOS and Android app development using Flutter
- Strong knowledge of the mobile ecosystem, including code optimization and performance improvements
- Ability to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs within the Flutter framework
- Familiarity with native build tools, such as XCode and Android Studio
- Experience with automated testing and debugging best practices
- Strong REST API development experience
- Strong Git and version control skills
- Familiar with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
