Job Summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide world-class support to our customers. You will supervise and lead the team, monitor and evaluate performance, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes. You will also analyze data to identify trends and improve customer service operations, assist in the development and implementation of training programs, and handle escalated customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and lead a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide world-class support to customers

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure service quality and productivity targets are met
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Analyze data to identify trends and improve customer service operations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions
  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset and work to exceed customer expectations

Essential Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in a supervisory role
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Proficiency with customer service software and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Experience with customer service software and technology
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with training and development programs
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
