Talent Manager - Influencer Marketing

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Talent Manager to oversee and grow our influencer talent roster. In this role, you will act as the primary advocate for our creator talent, managing their relationships with brand partners, guiding their professional development, and ensuring that all partnerships are aligned with their personal brand and long-term career goals. You will work closely with internal teams and brand clients to create mutually beneficial collaborations that deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact and advocate for a portfolio of influencer talent, managing day-to-day relationship needs.

• Develop and execute personalized talent strategies that support each creator's growth, positioning, and partnership goals.

• Identify and pitch brand partnership opportunities that align with creator values, audience, and content style.

• Negotiate deal terms, rates, and contract provisions on behalf of talent, ensuring fair and competitive arrangements.

• Guide talent through campaign briefings, content creation processes, and brand expectations to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Monitor industry trends, platform changes, and audience shifts to proactively advise talent on opportunities and risks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand clients and agencies to expand partnership opportunities for the roster.

• Track talent performance metrics and leverage data to position creators competitively in the market.

• Support talent in developing their personal brand across platforms through strategic guidance and content direction.

• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and timely payment.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.

• Demonstrated success in building and managing a creator talent roster.

• Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring and closing brand partnership deals.

• Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, including platform dynamics, monetization strategies, and content trends.

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate the needs of both talent and brand clients.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align talent opportunities with long-term career and business goals.

• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics across major platforms.

• Experience in contract review and working cross-functionally with legal and finance teams.
