We are currently seeking a Manager, Clinical Services to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Clinical Services at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that aid the advancement of innovative therapies. You will contribute to the success of clinical research by leading teams and optimizing processes to enhance overall trial performance. Location: 100% on site - Lenexa KS *Please note: There will be expected travel 1-2x / week to our Lawrence site location* What You Will Be Doing: Managing the day-to-day operations of clinical services, ensuring that trials are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance trial execution and patient engagement. Monitoring trial progress and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence in clinical service delivery. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication for clinical initiatives. Your Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, or related discipline Extensive experience in managing clinical services or operations, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Early Phase clinical research experience strongly preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on optimizing operational processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
