What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support in the blockchain sector via chats and emails, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized support that exceeds their expectations.
  • Meeting team KPIs and consistently delivering high-quality results, while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Working with sensitive customer information, ensuring the highest level of security and confidentiality.
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our client's products and services, staying informed about new developments and updates.
  • Communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent English and Russian language skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
  • Experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

A Great Plus

While not essential, the following skills and experience would be highly valued:

  • A strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing.
  • Experience with CRM systems, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
