Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to pharmacy benefit plan members via inbound calls
  • Answering questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Resolving customer inquiries in a positive and productive manner
  • Utilizing your knowledge and skills to improve the healthcare experience for our plan members
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience engaging with clients (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military experience)
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable and compliant with scheduling standards
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
