Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service via phone, email, or chat. You will work in a team environment to resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, providing detailed and accurate information to customers. Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers
- Maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience (not required but a plus)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
